Simon Jones is the web master for Conwy County Borough Council in North Wales, UK. He has worked in Local Government for nearly 7 years and is currently looking to start implementing Conwy's programme for delivering E-Government.
Simon's qualifications are language-based, but he has always had a keen amateur interest in home computing across multiple platforms and says that he spends more time using the Internet than any vertebrate should.
Outside of the Internet, Simon's interests include reading, walking,film & television, intelligent science-fiction and he has just resurrected a childhood interest in astronomy.
